History
Artemis Consulting, Inc. was formed in 1999 in Northern VA.
The focus of the initial solution offerings was in the Telecommunications sector.
Artemis started offering solutions in various other sectors since its software development methodology and expertise could be utilized in practically any sector.
Since inception, Artemis has focused on the following:
- n-Tier Web Applications
- J2EE systems
- Identity Management Solutions
- Relational Databases
- Portals
Since 2001, Artemis has focused primarily on design, development and deployment of Business-to-Consumer and Business-to-Employee Portals, as well as custom software development related to Portal deployments.
Management
Rohit Gupta and Shiv Kuncham are Principal Consultants at Artemis Consulting, Inc.
Prior to Artemis, Shiv has been a consultant with companies like Deloitte Consulting and Princeton Information. Shiv has worked in the software industry since 1991. Shiv has a Masters degree in Computer and Information Systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering from Mysore University, India.
Prior to Artemis, Rohit worked as a senior consultant for Perot Systems Corporation. Rohit has worked in the software industry since 1992 and starting consulting in 1996. Rohit has a Masters degree in Computer Science from University of Connecticut, and a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from University of Bombay, India.
